• We have a strict no device policy in heated portion of our studios. (Muted smart watches are permitted)

• No glass water bottles are permitted at our studios.

• The studio doors close 1 minute before the start of class. Please be on time. We will not hold the doors if you are running late. No calls or emails.

• Pre-register for all classes online when able.

• Complete and sign Down Dog Yoga’s new student waiver form and review our policies prior to taking your first in-person class.

• Bring only what you need into the actual studio, including your mat, towel, and props.

The following applies to our Georgetown studio only:

• No Shows - Members will receive a $10 cancellation charge, non-members (class-packs & drop-in) will be deducted the class from their pack.

• Late Cancellations - Members that cancel their booking within 2 hours of the start of class will be charged the $10 cancellation fee, non-members will be deducted a class.

• Late Arrivals - This is considered a no show. For waitlisted classes, members that do not check in 5 minutes prior to the start time of the class will be charged the cancellation fee, non-members will be deducted a class.

Kindness is non-negotiable, and any aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to cancel your membership if it is deemed that you are unsafe to our community.

Refunds will not be issued.

To ensure the safety and security of our community we request everyone be on time to class as we lock our doors immediately at the start of each session.

Time integrity is very important to us so we empower our team to get you in, set up and out on time as we know you live busy lives.

Please book classes with this in mind, knowing that if you cannot make it on time to a preregistered class, you will not be able to enter.

Any student that has not checked in 5 minutes prior to the start of class may forfeit their spot to a student on the waitlist if a class has sold out.

• Down Dog Yoga members with our monthly auto-renew package may pause their membership up to 2 times per calendar year when they will be absent for 30 days or more.

• Memberships require at least 3 months of auto-renew.

• Memberships require 1 months notice for cancellation.

Services:

Services are non-refundable.

Classes:

Discounted classes or packages are non-refundable.

Workshops:

Workshops are non-refundable, but may be used as a credit towards future use.

Retail items:

We only accept returns on items that have not be used, worn and/or removed from the packaging from which it was sold.

Creating multiple accounts in order to gain multiple new student promotions is strictly against Down Dog Yoga Policies.

Each new student to Down Dog Yoga is eligible for:

• 1 x New Student 2 Week Offer (Virtual only $25 or Virtual & Studio $35)

• 1x New Student One Month for $99.

Any client found going against these policies and found to be in excess of their eligible promotional offers will hereby forfeit the remainder of any classes remaining, and will be retroactively charged the studio drop-in rate of $30 for any additional classes taken past their original New Student eligibility offers.
