This class focuses on the fundamentals of the the Baptiste Power flow. Our teachers are trained to offer additional variations and guidance during these classes as needed.

An all levels Baptiste Power Vinyasa class taught by a newer teacher. These classes are just $10 and are rich in energy and camaraderie!
