Your first week at Down Dog Yoga is on us!

So what are you waiting for? Right now, we’re offering *new students, who live in the area, a **FREE WEEK of yoga. Join us for any class on our schedule. Maybe even try two classes in one day! Just by walking through the doors, you’ll be taking your first step toward becoming a stronger and healthier person.

Whether you are new to yoga or just new to the studio, each one of our All Levels and our Basics classes is open to you. Our staff is committed to helping you have a great experience. They will show you the ropes and answer your questions. From your very first class, no matter what your experience level, you will know coming to Down Dog was a great decision. We practice in a heated room, which is healthy for your body in so many ways. Be prepared to exert yourself, sweat, move, twist, and lunge in this full body workout.

After your first few classes, you will start to notice big changes. After practicing consistently for a few months, you will feel stronger, more flexible, confident, and much more relaxed. But it all starts with the first class! So, why not take that step…all you have to do is show up.  And, remember, have fun and breathe! 6:00pm - Monday thru Thursday

9:00am, 11:00am, 4:30pm - Saturday and Sunday
